A creamy milk chocolate sublimely exotic with its notes of vanilla and coconut milk.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans from Madagascar, cane sugar, coconut milk powder, pure cocoa butter, whole milk powder, grated coconut, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, sea salt flower, natural vanilla from Madagascar.

Possible presence of nuts and milk proteins.

Menakao is one of the few African craft chocolate makers on the market, turning cocoa beans into chocolate directly in Madagascar since 2006. It is owned by the Cassam Chenai family, originally from Gujrat, India, settled in Madagascar five generations ago. They work permanently with 5 plantations to ensure the quality and traceability of each batch of cocoa received and processed in our chocolate factory. They are constantly informed about the quality of the beans, at each stage (at the time of harvesting, the different processes until sorting) and even the cleanliness of the trucks that transport them to our site. The company's mission is to keep all the production value in the same country where it sources its cacao to ensure high wages for the local farmers and factory workers.

They make sure that the plantations they work with do not use chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides, and one of them is certified organic by Ecocert. The majority of cocoa plantations in Madagascar respect the balance of biodiversity and tend towards organic farming.
